Milan Airport Transfers

Train was easy to find. The journeys were very relaxed. What was missing was information about which stop was next. Especially if you are traveling for the first time it is difficult to know when to get off. Fortunately, other passengers were very helpful.

The ticket was not recognized by the reader. Fortunately, after five minutes, an employee entering the station was able to let us into the station. Otherwise, the train journey was very pleasant.

Getting and using the ticket was perfect A problem was, that even 10 minutes before departure of the Train the Display of the departure board did not show the platform and its a long way to platform 2.

Very modern train, totally quiet on the tracks. Punctual departure. Unfortunately, there is no seating at all on the platform at Milan Central Station! This is not a good service, especially for the older generation, and should be changed URGENTLY!

The purchase of tickets was very agile

The gates were not reading the e-ticket. The agent let us through.

I missed the text, if it even was there, that it takes up to 30 minutes for the ticket to be sent to my email. I bought the ticket and expected to receive it immediately. This would be someting that I would not opt going forward.

The QR could not be read on the machine.

The trainride itself was ok. Train was speedy and good seating facilities.

I couldn't get on the train because of the strike.

I booked the ticket on my way to the station. Since the trains depart avery half an hour. For someone who is counting minutes it may be painful to watch the train leaving and me not able to board as the tickets are not generated yet. In about half an hour I got them eventually. Yes the app says it takes 30 min to get them. But as usual may want them instantly! Book an hour in advance to avoid waiting. Glad I wasn't in a hurry :)

It was simple to purchase a ticket online and the map directions made it easy for me to find the bus location. The bus driver drove safely and carefully managed the suitcases. A good experience.

I bought 3 Malpensa -Milan airport tickets on the internet for 07/06/25 at 2am, on arrival there was no shuttle bus (ticket office closed). If there was no bus, I shouldn't have had a ticket. Can you refund my money?

Impossible to download tickets on site, no help and tickets have to be bought again.

The bus was quite comfortable, the buses set out in time, everything was ok.

The price of €10 was reasonable. The bus was very refined and comfortable. The driver was polite. It was somewhat difficult to download the ticket QR code. I had to download the app, which took some time would be simpler if it could be sent directly by email. Thank you for a lovely experience.

It was a bus ride from airport to Central Station, hardly an exciting experience. I got there promptly and that was all I needed.

It needs to be clearer that you have to get the tickets in the app. Or just give you the barcode in the ticket. I had a security delay to download a new app and had to ask a friend already in Milan to send a photo of the ticket.
