• These trains are wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible.
• Your pets and guide dogs are welcome on the trains.
• Check-in is mandatory to activate your ticket. The check-in period starts from the time your ticket is issued. If you board the train without check-in, you may be charged a fine.
• You will receive the check-in link in the confirmation email and via SMS.
• You can make an unlimited number of date and time changes before your scheduled departure time as long as you haven’t checked in.
• You can hop on any train within 3 hours before or after your check-in time.
• Pack as much luggage as you like, there are no luggage restrictions.
• In the event of a strike, the connection to the airport is made by bus: from Via Paleocapa 1, at the corner of Milano Cadorna station, to Malpensa Terminal 1, without intermediate stops.

• The Terravision office is located inside the Arrivals Area of Terminal 1 (between the door n° 7 and the door n° 8). The office is open 365 days between 6:30am and 8:30pm.
• If traveling to the airport, it is recommended to choose a bus that will arrive at the airport at least 2 hours before your scheduled flight departure time to allow time for check-in.
• Children aged under 4 years and under do not need a ticket.
