Diffcult to know when the bus would come or if it would come at all. Good idea with the app, but it worked poorly. Unclear if the ticket was valid based on start day or start time...we purchased and then found out from the guide. So we bought a day too much.

i had techncal problems with the ios app. The map did not work properly, the app hang several times and I had to use google services to find nearest bus stops etc.

The a/c was not working properly on the green bus. They should have stopped that bus. Even the driver is using a fan

Good guide and tech support staff who could air drop me a photo of my ticket However not happy they sent the PDF ticket by WhatsApp only that morning and from an unknown contact. Could not open message. Why not send a few days in advance and by email

It was very confusing and difficult to find the person leading the tour. There were a lot of groups of people all over the square looking for the group they were to go with. The tour itself was excellent.

Great to be able to see the city and get information via audio-guide. On the other hand, we were disappointed not to have been able to use the red line, as the roads were closed and buses could no longer get there. We had to continue on the blue line. Such a pity.

It was not possible to change during the tour as the next bus was overcrowded in the roof seats. The audio guide did not work in the lower seats.

We received a very friendly welcome and the tour was really great. Very informative and essential for orientation and getting to know the city. A must for anyone visiting Milan for the first time.

The bus stops were not well displayed

In the map provided by Milan Open Tour there was a QRcode to see the times of the stops in real time, but it did not work (it returned to the home page of the site). Therefore it was not possible to know, at least indicatively, the arrival time of the next bus at a certain stop.

We could only travel on line 2. Line 1 had technical problems. Next time I would book it on site and not via the app.

The waiting times until a bus departs means the frequency is too long, about 45-55 minutes

Unfortunately, the waiting times at the stops were extremely long. At the last stop, the bus didn't come at all. Never again such a tour! A waste of time and money!

Nothing, as we were first on the wrong bus (i.e. from a different provider) and were let onto the bus by the driver. When we got off and wanted to get back on the bus, we were not allowed on because we were on the wrong bus. But we were already on this bus 2 minutes before. The bus from the provider we had booked only left 50 minutes later, so it was far too long a wait for us as we didn't have that much time and had to get to the airport. When picking up the directions in the email. Can give you info regarding the ticket purchase, but we could not find out the meeting point. All in all very disappointing! The HP the Hop On-Hop Off experience from Headout . I would never choose this provider again.

Unfortunately, I could not make the scheduled tour because of an accident. I was told to come back the next day but the bus was reserved by a school .Very bad experience

Problem: Bus stops were not approached. Audio guide did not match the attractions.

The audio guide was not parallel to the route. There was a traffic jam and it didn't stop. The headphones were also faulty. You could only hear it in one ear. Otherwise tutto bene

The location for getting on and off the bus was easy to find, and the explanations were detailed and easy to understand. We were able to see famous poetic sights from the bus. We were able to get around efficiently in the limited time we had.

I was sold tickets for a service that was not offered. This is a scam and I will alert social media to ensure no one loses money life I have. This ruined an expensive holiday for my children

The tour was canceled because of the marathon but we didn't get any information about it and stood at the bus stop and no bus came. Tickets are paid and I am still hoping for a refund.

Good tour and easy handling

Upon arrival at the bus, I was having trouble finding my name on the printed list, Luccino the tour guide was rude and stressed out. His behaviour continued on the tour and was made worst by him constantly switching between Spanish Italian and English. I was disappointed and felt unsafe and uncomfortable as if I can going to get left behind, this instruction where unclear. Sorry not recommending this tour guide again.

The route is great and it was easy to buy the trip online. The guide was experienced and knowledgeable, so it was a good day out.

We had a very good experience both with the guide, who told us curious facts, and with the organization of the trip, which gave us time to eat and walk around the villages we visited. You spend a lot of time on the bus but this allows you to see the scenery (better to be quick and take a window as the seats are fixed for the whole trip) and the experience of seeing the lake from the boat is impressive. To look for something negative the explanations were first in English and then in Spanish, so if you understand both languages it becomes a little heavy but otherwise amazing.

I managed to take 3 out of 4 of the tours. The audio guide so rarely seemed to match where we were on the tour, either very early or late, to the point that more than half the time I thought maybe it was playing the wrong one. And, the music that kept playing was incredibly annoying because it was so repetitive. The music itself is great, but why or why must it be only the same little snippets on repeat when there are so many great choices.

The driver had a lot of lengthy stops on route and there seems to be only 1 point on route you can change routes l only managed 2 out ot of 3 as l run out of time (day trip)

I loved being able to walk up to see the roof of the cathedral and was able to take photos.

We reached 10 mins late than the time , we had paid for a 2 hour guided tour and skip the line we tried contacting the number mentioned but no one answered. Continuous calling some one answered after an hour and said u cannot enter or join. Entire 2 tickets and money get wasted . If 10 min delay we shd be allowed to join tour . We had to take tickets again

Incredible experience! I couldn't recommend it more. There was unexpected road works before we were due to depart but the tour team amended the itinerary to include everything in a different order. We wouldn't have known if they didn't say. The views are incredible, plenty of time everywhere.

The tour by the train was amazing

Comfortable and safe coach ride by Constantino who is a very skillful driver. Our guide Amato was clear in his communication and is thoughtful and took care of every one of his tour group members. The scenery of the train ride was really stunning! Thank you!

The charisma and good humor of our guide Simone, added to the professionalism of Marcelo in the conduction! Also, the landscapes were very beautiful!

Our ticketing experience was fine...we thought we were booking the Bernina train with the full sun windows and table seats...that was not the case. That was very disappointing and misleading in the advertising. We did enjoy the sights, although the heater next to our window seats were so hot that it was uncomfortable. We even used our coats to try to insulate our legs from the heat. Luckily, we were able to open the windows for some cool air. All in all, it was nice scenery, just not what we expected.

Our guide Davida was absolutely passionate about the history and what he does!! Made for a great tour and very informative and enjoyable. He certainly made the difference.

Ticketing experience was easy to book but then I was repeatedly emailed twice and then phoned twice for our ID details even though I sent them immediately at the first ask. This was slightly disconcerting and I was worried that HeadOut was looking for an excuse to cancel our trip, but it turned out all my emails had gone into Headout's junk mailbox and no one realised! So it was absolutely not my fault but did add to the stress . The tour guide Massimo was excellent and extremely knowledgeable and led a very good tour. The only trouble was that too many people had been booked on the tour (25?). This made the group unwieldy for walking round busy Milan and we wasted a fair amount of time waiting for people. Tour was still very enjoyable and gave us a great introduction to the Duomo, La Scala and the Last Supper and worth the price

The guide (Simon) was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about his job, you could tell he was enjoying imparting the history and knowledge to his group.

A meeting point is set up 10 minutes before the tour to give you the audio guide, which is very good. Despite our average level of English, we were able to understand the explanations as long as the guide took care to speak slowly, making an effort with his pronunciation. Nice little one-hour tour, to the point

No French on the audio guide, it's absurd! If I'd been warned when I booked, I wouldn't have booked. I left after 20 minutes because I couldn't understand the explanations in English as I don't speak English. It's dishonest to proceed this way.
