The issue is that even though I purchased my tickets through Headout I still had to go to every ticket office to receive ticket, even free entry venues, for my children. My recommendation is to be able to add the youth tickets to the main venue ticket for convenience.

Everything worked very well! All the Qr codes were scanned without any problems and we were able to start the tour. No queuing! However, it is advisable to plan a few days in advance for the tours you want to do, as unfortunately everything is booked up spontaneously. Including the metro was ideal and worked really well. We were very satisfied!

The CityPas really comes highly recommended. It really added value for us that the public transport was included in the trip for 3 days. This allowed us to navigate within the city easily and quickly instead of always having to buy separate tickets. Especially at busy stations, it saves a lot of time not having to buy a separate ticket (or 10-ride card) each time. The Duomo was of course the topper but we did have some trouble scheduling this, of the 3 days of our pass we could only book time slots for this on 1 day and as it turned out, that was because Saturday/Sunday afternoon it was closed due to a conference. This was not communicated through the app. TIP; you don't have to stick to the time slot of your choice at the attractions, they just scan the QR when you made your reservation in the app. Gave me more of a vacation feeling and it saves a lot of hassle not having to constantly watch the time!

I got a duomo ticket at time slot 17.30-18.00 to start at the stairs. Last time slot because of my congress meeting. The man at the control site told me I could get into the duomo after the rooftop view. It was very busy on the roof so it took a while. I arrived in the cathedral at 18.12 and was told it was closed at 18.10. It should have helped me when on the ticket, or somewhere, this timeschedule was described. The day after, the duomo was closed because of an event so I haven't visited the cathedral.

I bought 2 Yes Milano City pass. On the tickets in the app was written they are 72 houurs. Activated them at 17:30h on 12 April and they were valid till 14th April. My expectations were to be valid till 17:30 on 15th April. The answer of the support were that "3 days are equals to 72h"

Good guide and tech support staff who could air drop me a photo of my ticket However not happy they sent the PDF ticket by WhatsApp only that morning and from an unknown contact. Could not open message. Why not send a few days in advance and by email

It was very confusing and difficult to find the person leading the tour. There were a lot of groups of people all over the square looking for the group they were to go with. The tour itself was excellent.

No positive elements of the experience, the local provider had cancelled the tour 18 days before the day and provide a reimbursement to head out. Headout never contacted me and we waited at the site for over an hour missing a main reason for our travel. I contacted the support team who promised to come back to me by a particular time and did not do it. I spoke to the local provider who could not help.

As I informed you I was not informed the visit had been cancelled. Extremely disappointed. Will not use site again

Way too overcrowded and noisy. Hard to relax.

I found two tickets for "QC Termemilano" at the last minute on the Headout app, when there was no availability anywhere. I totally recommend 👌🏾

I had 3 passes for November 2nd but it was impossible to reserve tickets. I could not use the passes. You only notify me of the additional reservation after paying for the passes. I understand that I have been the victim of a pseudo fraud and I request a refund of the 180€ I paid.

One of the coolest things I've ever done! The free drinks were a nice unexpected surprise

Train was easy to find. The journeys were very relaxed. What was missing was information about which stop was next. Especially if you are traveling for the first time it is difficult to know when to get off. Fortunately, other passengers were very helpful.

Speed and comfort. The fact that the stop is inside the airport is perfect.

The app didn't send us to the right place for the bus departure at castello! The welcome was very warm and everything was easy to understand. The bus is never cleaned during the day, so at the end of the afternoon it's a dustbin. In one day, you can do all 3 lines, otherwise it's one line a day with a few stops.

Sights with the option of getting off. Very good if you only have one day. Bad: At the canals around 4 pm waiting time 45 minutes for the bus!

I managed to take 3 out of 4 of the tours. The audio guide so rarely seemed to match where we were on the tour, either very early or late, to the point that more than half the time I thought maybe it was playing the wrong one. And, the music that kept playing was incredibly annoying because it was so repetitive. The music itself is great, but why or why must it be only the same little snippets on repeat when there are so many great choices.

Everything!!!! lake of as and berlina dreamed places, but the guys who guided us were exceptional!!!!! Sara in Como and Simone with an awesome chauffeur, Vicctor, made it a dream experience, thank you so much!

The driver had a lot of lengthy stops on route and there seems to be only 1 point on route you can change routes l only managed 2 out ot of 3 as l run out of time (day trip)
