The tour is amazing! I recommend having a hearty breakfast before you leave, since the stops don’t leave much time to eat at your leisure. The bus doesn’t have a restroom, so it’s important to go beforehand. Overall, everything was great and the place is simply beautiful!

Tickets were arranged quickly, and on the day of the visit, we were able to arrive earlier than scheduled. The process went smoothly. The church is beautiful, and the stairs leading upstairs are easy to climb. There’s a lovely view from the rooftop terrace.

What made my visit with Headout truly special was the way it protected the magic of the experience. When you visit a place like the Duomo, you don’t want to feel like part of a queue — you want to feel present. From the moment I booked, everything felt clear and intentional. There was no uncertainty, no stress about timing, no standing in endless lines under the sun. That ease created mental space. And that space changed everything. Because the logistics were effortless, I was able to experience the cathedral emotionally, not just physically. I wasn’t thinking about tickets or entry points — I was looking up at centuries of devotion carved into marble. I wasn’t watching the clock — I was standing on the rooftop terraces, breathing in the view, feeling suspended between stone and sky. Headout didn’t just simplify the visit. It removed friction. And when friction disappears, awe has room to grow. It allowed the Duomo to feel not like a tourist stop, but like a moment I’ll carry with me.

Comfortable pace with a great guide Kiara. Kiara was very knowlegable and helpful. We had ample time at both Como and Bellagio to get a good taste of each.

This was a wonderful tour with a long and lovely ride on Lake Como and we had time for a leisurely lunch looking out over the water and enough time to wander a bit in the town of Bellagio. Our tour guide Alex was really very friendly and personable. We highly recommend this as a great day trip from Milan.
