I missed the text, if it even was there, that it takes up to 30 minutes for the ticket to be sent to my email. I bought the ticket and expected to receive it immediately. This would be someting that I would not opt going forward.

The QR could not be read on the machine.

I got confused in the routes, that is to say, the outbound day went out with the return routes and vice versa... and there was no way to get it corrected (the information on the web was not clear enough for me).

I booked the ticket on my way to the station. Since the trains depart avery half an hour. For someone who is counting minutes it may be painful to watch the train leaving and me not able to board as the tickets are not generated yet. In about half an hour I got them eventually. Yes the app says it takes 30 min to get them. But as usual may want them instantly! Book an hour in advance to avoid waiting. Glad I wasn't in a hurry :)

The gates were not reading the e-ticket. The agent let us through.

We were told that there was a pick up point at T2 and it is false. We had to take a bus from T2 to T1 and when we arrived at T2 we were told by the Terravision bus driver that we could not get on and that we had to wait 1 hour and a half to catch the next one. After complaining they finally let me on. Bad experience I will not repeat

The experience was very bad, the system had an error when buying the tickets and I contacted to change the day, as it was not the day I had selected, there was no way they wanted to fix it or refund or anything, NEVER AGAIN I will book anything with headout, and I advise NO ONE to do so SCAMMERS.

It's a good shuttle bus, but sooo many people. So you have to be there about 1 1/2 hours early.

I bought Teravision bus ticket from Milan Malpensa to Milan Centrale for 1:00 am. but there were no buses of teravsion until 5.00 am.

It was simple to purchase a ticket online and the map directions made it easy for me to find the bus location. The bus driver drove safely and carefully managed the suitcases. A good experience.

I bought 3 Malpensa -Milan airport tickets on the internet for 07/06/25 at 2am, on arrival there was no shuttle bus (ticket office closed). If there was no bus, I shouldn't have had a ticket. Can you refund my money?

Impossible to download tickets on site, no help and tickets have to be bought again.

The price of €10 was reasonable. The bus was very refined and comfortable. The driver was polite. It was somewhat difficult to download the ticket QR code. I had to download the app, which took some time would be simpler if it could be sent directly by email. Thank you for a lovely experience.

Booking was easy. However, it should be noted on the ticket after booking which of the long queues you have to wait in. Seeing the cathedral in all its splendor was a spectacle. The fact that it could be built like this back then is a real feat. It was a truly unforgettable experience.

It was very nice, the workers there were very nice just be attentive what you can and can not bring into the cathedral. For example: any glass object can not be brought to the cathedral (except glasses of course)

It was an amazing experience because the Duom is an emblematic and historical building in Milan: the statues, the meaning of statues, the meaning of building, the architecture, how and what are the symbols on the columns. The terraces are amazing how they are built, the images, the view from up the 250 stairs climbed ☺️ all is great.

The issue is that even though I purchased my tickets through Headout I still had to go to every ticket office to receive ticket, even free entry venues, for my children. My recommendation is to be able to add the youth tickets to the main venue ticket for convenience.

Great convenient app! Combining public transportation and booking of cultural visits is a great convenience and is clear.

Everything worked very well! All the Qr codes were scanned without any problems and we were able to start the tour. No queuing! However, it is advisable to plan a few days in advance for the tours you want to do, as unfortunately everything is booked up spontaneously. Including the metro was ideal and worked really well. We were very satisfied!

The CityPas really comes highly recommended. It really added value for us that the public transport was included in the trip for 3 days. This allowed us to navigate within the city easily and quickly instead of always having to buy separate tickets. Especially at busy stations, it saves a lot of time not having to buy a separate ticket (or 10-ride card) each time. The Duomo was of course the topper but we did have some trouble scheduling this, of the 3 days of our pass we could only book time slots for this on 1 day and as it turned out, that was because Saturday/Sunday afternoon it was closed due to a conference. This was not communicated through the app. TIP; you don't have to stick to the time slot of your choice at the attractions, they just scan the QR when you made your reservation in the app. Gave me more of a vacation feeling and it saves a lot of hassle not having to constantly watch the time!

I got a duomo ticket at time slot 17.30-18.00 to start at the stairs. Last time slot because of my congress meeting. The man at the control site told me I could get into the duomo after the rooftop view. It was very busy on the roof so it took a while. I arrived in the cathedral at 18.12 and was told it was closed at 18.10. It should have helped me when on the ticket, or somewhere, this timeschedule was described. The day after, the duomo was closed because of an event so I haven't visited the cathedral.

I bought 2 Yes Milano City pass. On the tickets in the app was written they are 72 houurs. Activated them at 17:30h on 12 April and they were valid till 14th April. My expectations were to be valid till 17:30 on 15th April. The answer of the support were that "3 days are equals to 72h"
